Ich vermiete meine möblierte 80qm-Wohnung. Die drei Zimmer sind ca. 22, 18 und 16 qm groß.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes 2x2 m Bett mit 2 neuen Matratzen, ein paar Zimmerpflanzen, einem großen Schreibtisch, einem großen und einem mittleren Kleiderschrank.
Das Wohnzimmer hat eine größere und eine kleinere Couch (3 Sitze + 2 Sitze), ein paar Zimmerpflanzen, einen Couchtisch, ein großes Regal und eine Bank mit Schublade, die sich z.B. für einen Fernseher nutzen lässt. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Durchgangszimmer zum Schlafzimmer .
Das Gäste-/Kinderzimmer hat ein Einzelbett, einen Tisch, einen Stuhl und eine Garderobe.
Das geräumige Bad ist mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Die Küche hat einen neuen Kühlschrank, eine Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, diverse Schränke und Regale, sowie einen Tisch mit 3 Stühlen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.
Im Flur gibt es einen analogen Telefonanschluss (Festnetz-Flatrate) mit Schnurlostelefon und WLAN-Router.

I let my furnished 80 square meters flat. The three rooms are 22, 18 and 16 sqare meters in size.
In the bedroom there is a big 2x2 m bed with 2 new mattresses, some plants, a big office desk, a large and a medium sized wardrobe.
The livingroom contains a bigger and a smaller couch (3 seats + 2 seats), some plants, a coffee table, a big shelf and a bench with a drawer, which can be used for a TV. The livingroom leads to the bedroom.
The guest / childrens room has a single bed, a table, a chair and a wardrobe.
The large bathroom has a bath tub and a washing machine.
In the kitchen there is a new fridge, a dish washer, an oven, microwave, miscellaneous shelfs and cupboards, and a table with 3 chairs. There is everything a kitchen normally has.
In the corridor there is a analogue telephone connection (German landline flatrate) with wireless phone and Wifi router.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock im ruhigen Hinterhaus in der Danziger Straße mittig zwischen Schönhauser Allee und Prenzlauer Allee und hat schöne Dielenböden.
Es gibt eine sehr gute Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Für der Haustür fährt die M10 (Richtung Friedrichhain, bzw. Nordbahnhof). Auf der Schönhauser Allee liegt die Station Eberswalder Straße mit U2 (Richtung Mitte, bzw. Pankow) und es fahren verschiedene Straßenbahnen und Busse. Auf der Prenzlauer Allee fährt die M2 (Richtung Mitte, bzw. Weißensee).
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen. Mauerpark, Kollwitzplatz, Helmholtzplatz, Kulturbrauerei, usw. sind nur wenige Hundert Meter entfernt.

The flat is situated in the 4th floor of the calm rear building at Danziger Straße in the middle of Schönhauser Allee and Prenzlauer Allee. It has nice floorboards.
There is a very good connection to public transport. In front of the house there's the M10 (direction Friedrichshain / Nordbahnhof). At Schönhauser Allee / Eberswalder Straße is the U2 (direction Mitte / Pankow) and there are various other trams and busses. At Prenzlauer Allee there's the M2 (direction Mitte / Weißensee).
A lot of restaurant, bars and pubs are close by. Mauerpark, Kollwitzplatz, Helmholtzplatz, Kulturbrauerei and so on are only a few hundred meters away.
In den Mietkosten sind alle Nebenkosten, sowie Strom, Rundfunkgebühr, Telefon und Internet enthalten.
Die Mietdauer ist erstmal bis zum 01.07.2015 begrenzt.
