Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und einen Balkon und befindet sich im 3. Stock. Sie hat eine offene Küche, die sich ohne Tür an das Wohnzimmer anschließt.
Sie ist im Landhausstil möbliert, die Wände sind terracottafarben gestrichen, also alles sehr warm und gemütlich.
Durch die großen Fenster, die enorme Deckenhöhe und Dank der Breite der Straße ist die Wohnung sehr hell, obwohl sie auf der Nordseite liegt.

The flat is in the third floor and has two rooms and a balcony. The kitchen is open and is following the living room. The walls are painted in warm coulours and the furniture are in country style so all very cosy.
Thanks to the big windows, the high walls and the wide street, the flat is very bright, although it goes to the north side.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Schönhauser und Prenzlauer Alle. Der U-Bahnhof Eberswalder Straße und die Kulturbrauerei sind in der Nähe, Kollwitz- und Helmholtzplatz um die Ecke und auch der Mauerpark und der Friedrichshain nicht weit.

The flat is situated between Schönhauser and Prenzlauer Alle. The tube station U-Bahnhof Eberswalder Straße and the Kulturbrauerei are in walking distance, the Kollwitz- and Helmholtzplatz are around the corner and also the Mauerpark and the Friedrichshain are not far away.
Ich habe auch ein Klavier (Gotrian Steinweg, perfekt gestimmt), dass ich in der Wohnung lassen werde.
Ich suche einen Untermieter ab spätestens 01 April für mindestens ein Jahr.
