Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über einen offenen Wohn-Essbereich inkl. offener Küche und bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Volkspark Friedrichshain und den Fernsehturm. Auf dem Balkon kann man abends bei einem Getränk super den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Küche verfügt über alles, was man so im Alltag benötigt, inkl. Geschirrspüler und Espressomaschine. Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer sind im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und absolut ruhig. Genauso die Dachterrasse. Das Bad ist klein, verfügt aber über eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
The three room apartment has a kitchen open to the dining and living room area and offers a nice view over the Volkspark Friedrichshain and the TV tower. The balcony is nice for having a drink at night while watching the sunset.. The kitchen is equipped with eyerything needed including a dishwasher and an espresso machine. Bedroom and kids room are in the rear part of the apartment and absolutely quiet,just like the roof-deck. The bathroom is small, but has a washing machine and a bath tub.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Grenze zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Friedrichshain. Der Volkspark gegenüber eignet sich super zum Sonnen, Grillen, Spazierengehen, Sport machen (u.a. mietbare Beachvolleyballfelder, Tennisplätze sowie eine Kletterwand) oder einen Besuch im Freilichtkino. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn M10. In 15 Minuten ist man am Alex und an der Warschauer Straße, in 10 Minuten am Helmholtzplatz, Kollwitzplatz oder der Kastanienallee. Der Bus zur Museumsinsel, Brandenburger Tor und Ku'damm hält gleich um die Ecke und einen Parkplatz findet man auch recht gut direkt vor der Tür.
The apartment is situated directly at the border between Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain. The Volkspark on the other side of the road is the perfect place for sun bathing, barbequeing, sports (amongst others beach volleyball and tennis courts for rent or a climbing wall) and an open air cinema. Directly in front of the house stops the Tram (Line M10). Within 15 minutes, Alexanderplatz and Warschauer Straße can be reached, and it is only 10 minutes to Helmholtzplatz, Kollwitzplatz and Kastanienallee. There is a bus going directly to the Museuminsel, the Brandenburg Gate and the Kurfürstendamm.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Was wir genau zur Verfügung stellen, können wir sehr gern gemeinsam besprechen. Wlan, Handtücher, Bettwäsche sowieso, aber wir können bei Bedarf z.B. auch zwei Fahrräder und Informationsmaterial über Prenzlauer Berg und Berlin zur Verfügung stellen.
Free parking space is available just in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped. We'll provide towels, bed sheets and wifi and can also offer our two bikes and some information on Prenzlauer Berg and Berlin. If there's anything else you need, just let us know!
