sodass sowohl im Wohn-, als auch im Schlafzimmer die Fenster geöffnet sein können ohne jede Lärmbelästigung.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Kneipen aus aller Herren Länder.
200m zu einem 24h Kaiser's Supermarkt.
250m zur Strassenbahn.

The flat was top-renovated in 2010. Since then I‘m living in the apartment.
¡¡ There is no need any longer for me to be permanently in Berlin. As I don‘t want to give up the wonderful flat I‘m looking now for someone to rent the apartment in a weekly and/or monthly change.
No "WG". Not living the two of us there at the same time. Using the flat alternate.
I‘m very flexible concerning the timing. !!

The Mauerpark is 800m away.
