Hello,
I am leaving my flat mid September, and my Hausverwaltung is looking for a new tenant.
The appartment is about 63m2 big, with one big room (20m2) and a smaller one (15m2) which are seperated and work well for a WG.
The kitchen is also quite big and separated from the other rooms. There is a small bathroom with toilet + sink, and another one with only a bathtub, which is quite convenient.
There are 2 windows per room which makes them pretty bright, although they don't get direct sunlight. The floor is made of old parkett and looks very fancy.
The whole flat looks like it's been renovated quite recently.
The kitchen comes with a sink, stove and oven.
There is a possibility to buy the kitchen furniture, washing machine, fridge, and maybe some bedroom furniture too (bed, sofa).

Trans M2 and M10 are right at the corner and S-bahn Prenzlauer Allee is reachable within 6-7mn on foot.
U-bahn line U2 is 2 tram stops away.
