Hi everybody,
my name is Johann and I live with my girlfriend in a 80 m² flat in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg (near Helmholtzplatz) and we are subletting one of our rooms in April. We will be traveling for more then 3 weeks, so you will be mostly alone in the flat.
The room is ca. 12 m² big and furnished with a wardrobe stand, an Ikea Malm bed and a small table. The rent is 600€ everything included (furniture, heating, electricity, wifi etc.).
The flat is located on Dunckerstr., near Helmholtzplatz, a prefered and lively neighborhood in Berlin with many restaurants and bars. You will find our place in the garden house, 3rd floor and it is pretty calm and luminous. It's a typical Berlin flat with wooden floorboards, a (shared) bathroom and a (shared) open kitchen with a connected big living room. There is also a small balcony.
It is very good connected to public transport, the closest stations are Prenzlauer Allee (S41/S42, S8, S9, S85) and Eberswalder Straße (U2).
