Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei gut geschnittene Zimmer, eine voll ausgestattete, helle Küche (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, sonstige Küchengeräte) und Duschbad. Alles frisch saniert!

Die Wohnung eignet sich als WG, für Paare und Singles.
Alle Zimmer sind zu unserem kleinen Garten ausgerichtet, der nicht als Durchgangshof genutzt wird - somit sehr entspannt und ruhig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Winsviertel und ist sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (M4, M2, M10, Ringbahn S 41/42, Sonstige S- und U-Bahnen) angebunden.
Im Kiez befinden sich nette kleine Cafés, Restaurants, Boutiquen, Supermärkte (Denn`s, Biocompany, Alnatura, REWE, Kaisers, Lidl, Spätis) etc.

We rent our 2-room light appartment for the period from 15th of October until 28th of February in a lovely "Kiez" in Prenzlauer Berg.

It is a very nice, bright appartment ("Altbau") with well sized rooms, a nice full equipped kitchen with a dish washer, washing machine, all relevant kitchen stuff, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The appartment is suitable for couples, singles and also as a shared appartment.
We have a small garden which you can reach through one room.
All public transportation are nearby (M4, M10, M2, S 41/S42, other S-trains, U-Bahn). Just around the corner you find nice restaurants, bars, cafés and boutiques, also different kind of supermarkets (Kaisers, Lidl, Denns, Alnatura, REWE, Aldi and "Spätis".
