Hi Everyone,
I’m renting out my furnished apartment for up to 3months as sublease. I’m flexible how long you stay but a minimum of 1month. There is also the possibility to take over the flat from me after 3months Iandlord agrees.
The only little issue is that I have an amazing house mate (my cat) that i'd love to stay at my flat (if possible) until I have a proper new home to take him too. Possibly this is not necessary but let’s explore this option. If naturally cover all the costs related to Leo the cat.
The flat is beautiful (see pictures) with laminated wooden floors, separate bedroom, bathtub and southern green terrace.

The apartment is located just off Schonhauser Alle/bornholmerstrasse in a cozy backyard, thus it takes 8min walk to Schonhauer Alle S + U bahn or 2min walk to the tram M1/M10/50.
Who ever would stay at mine would also need to help and take care of Leo (6years old kitten).
