I'm subletting my lovely non-student apartment in Prenzlauer Berg from Sept. 5th till Sept. 10th. The flat is located in a quiet residential area, close to M Erich-Weinert-Str., from where you can reach Alexanderplatz in 10 min.
The flat has 2 big and bright rooms and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen and the living room you get to a huge balcony (17sqm), that's perfect for chilling in the evenings. In the bedroom there is a new, super comfy bed.
You don't have to worry about anything, the flat has all you need: a washing machine, a corner bathtub, a huge TV and high-speed WiFi. Supermarkets Netto, Lidl and Rossman are just around the corner.
No partying and no smoking in the flat, but you can smoke on the balcony.
The flat has a great location for reaching all the sights of this wonderful city.
Perfect for couples (max. 2 people).
Rent for one: 120 EUR, Deposit: 100 EUR
Rent for two: 150 EUR, Deposit: 100 EUR
Please note that it's not possible to register in this flat.

The flat is located close to the Tram stop Erich-Weinert-Straße, where the M2 takes you directly to Alexanderplatz (10 min). The Sbhf Prenzlauer Allee is also nearby, from where you can catch the Ringbahn that takes you practically anywhere you want.
