Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock mit Balkon in Richtung Süden und ist sehr hell. Die Straße ist ziemlich ruhig im Winskiez in Prenzlauer Berg gelegen.

Die nächste Tramhaltestelle ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt, genau da wo sich M10 und M2 kreuzen: Prenzlauer Allee/Danziger Straße. Mit der M2 bist du in wenigen Minuten am S+U Alexanderplatz oder der Ringbahn (S Prenzlauer Allee). Die M10 ist in 3 min am U Eberswalder Str. oder in 15 min am S+U Hauptbahnhof oder S+U Warschauer Str.

Im Umkreis von 5 min sind Supermärkte (Bio genauso wie Discounter), Spätis, Bäcker und jede Menge Bars, Cafés und Restaurants zu erreichen!

The apartment lies on the 3rd floor, heads south, which means it's very bright on the balcony and in the rooms! It's located at a quiet street in the really nice Winskiez-neighborhood in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg (only a few minutes from Alexanderplatz).

It’s only a 3 minutes walk to the next public transport intersection. There you have 2 tram lines crossing. The north-south line (M2) is taking you to Alexanderplatz in 7 minutes where you can change to all important U (subways) and S (overground trains), the east-west line (M10) is taking you to Friedrichshain and the edge of Kreuzberg in 15 minutes. There is a big supermarket only 5 minutes by foot and a lot of cafes, dailies, bakeries, bike shops, bars etc. all around.

In der Wohnung leben während der Mietdauer auch unsere beiden Katzen: Woody (5 Jahre alt) und Lulu (4 Jahre alt). Sie sind sehr einfach zu handeln, verkuschelt und verspielt zugleich, brauchen zweimal am Tag was zu essen, Wasser und ab und an etwas Aufmerksamkeit. Da das eine gewisse Verantwortung mit sich bringt, suchen wir vertrauensvolle Untermieter/innen, die Lust auf unsere zwei Tiger haben und sich um sie kümmern, während wir weg sind. Im Gegenzug sind wir mit den Mietkosten runtergegangen.

Please note!

It also includes our 2 cool cats: Woody (5 years old) and Lulu (4 years old). They are easy to handle and cuddly, just require some food (twice a day), water and a tiny bit of attention from time to time. Simple as that. Since that means a certain level of responsibility we are looking for trustworthy people who know they'll be around in the city for the period. In return we go down in the normal rent price.
