I am going to move in with my boyfriend and I am going to sublet my 1 room-apartment from February 2017 on. If everything goes fine you will just be able to take over the apartment and the contract. But for the time being I prefer to play it safe and rent it for a limited time first :).
The apartment is very cozy and located in the best part of Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg. It consists of a kitchen, a small bathroom and a big big living/bedroom.
It is furnished with everything you will need, i.e. sofa, closet, bed, kitchen furniture, dishwasher, kitchen table, small shelves and mirror in the bathroom.
I am looking for a responsible person who is going to rent the flat for that time.

da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, möchte ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ab Februar 2017 untervermieten. Falls alles gut läuft, ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, dass du den Mietvertrag im Anschluss als Hauptmieter übernehmen kannst. Für den Moment bevorzuge ich allerdings eine befristete Untervermietung um zu sehen, wie sich die Dinge entwickeln :).
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich und befindet sich im besten Teil von Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg. Sie besteht aus einer Küche, einem kleinen Tageslichtbad und einem Wohn-/Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt: Sofa, Schrank, Bett, Einbauküche, Geschirrspülmaschine, Küchentisch, Regale, Spiegel im Bad.
Ich suche nach einer/einem verantwortungsvollen Zwischenmieter(in).
The apartment is located in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg, close to U2, Ringbahn, M10 and M1. It is just 5 min away from Maurpark. There are loads of restaurants and bars just around the corner. For shopping there is Schönhauser Allee Arkaden as well as several grocery stores in close distance.
The rent already includes heating costs.
The electricity and internet (WLAN) you would have to organize yourself. I will also ask for a 3 months cold rent deposit.
