Die Wohnung ist super verkehrsgünstig in Prenzlauer Berg gelegen, mit der Tram M4 sind es 8 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz, eine andere Linie fährt direkt zum Hauptbahnhof und die Ringbahn/Greifswalder Str. erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Supermärkte sind zahlreich in allen Himmelsrichtungen zu Fuß erreichbar, ein paar Türen weiter gibt es eine exzellente Bäckerei, wo noch naturbelassen selbst gebacken wird.
Den Volkspark Friedrichshain erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
