we are renting our 54 m² flat from 25/04 to 15/07, located on Thulestrasse in Prenzlberg, with direct access to tram M2, M12, M13, also close to SBahn Prenzlauer Allee, Schönhauser Allee and UBahn Vinetastrasse.
Supermarkets are 50 m away, biomarket and bakery at the end of the street. The flat is very conveniently located, close to everything but in a rather quiet area.
The rent is 591 euros per month, so altogether it would be 1580e (+ deposit: 2080e). Priority will of course be given to people who can actually pay the whole rent directly!
