The apartment is in a very nice and exclusive corner of Berlin-Mitte (center) at the "border" to famous Berlin Prenzlauer Berg with best cafes, restaurants, supermarket (Bio-market Denny´s and Lidl) and more in walking distance. In this and the next two streets (especially Oderbergerstrasse (!) and Kastanienallee) you feel pure happiness.

Neighbors are respected. Unfortunately, it is not a party apartment. But Berlin has best affordable bars and clubs you should visit!

U-Bahn Eberswalder Straße and Bernauer Straße (U2 and U8) are in walking distance and bring you everyhwere, 5 min from the respective station to Alexanderplatz. The tram brings you in 10 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof. You can also easily get to the Airport.

Perfect starting for discovering and studying (it is really quite) in Berlin - the place to BE.

Prime location, apartment is comfortable and cozy, awesome balcony with great view, elevator until the 6th floor - few stairs left, ringing camera for the door on ground floor, doorman/reception is there if needed (06.00 AM – 10.00 PM every day. Amazing for postal services or purchases such as at Amazon; it is literally your postal pick-up station!); nice environment with close cafes, restaurants, and cultural offerings.

Traditional Berlin-Style "Späti" on ground-floor of the apartment offering i.a. drinks, later during the evening and even on Sundays/holidays.

Nice garden in the backyard.

Generally, it is partially furnished (also the kitchen and bathroom). There is a bed and a wardrobe, but you please need to bring your own bed linen, cups and cutlery in particular.

Very good and reliable WIFI connection available from all companies, but you please need to book yourself. I will need to take the (current mobile used) WIFI account with me. Enjoy some German TV and some limited international TV.
