Temproary Apartment, December (weekly/full month), Schoenhauser Allee/Prenzlauer Berg, Fully furninshed

Dear all,

I am renting my 1-room flat in Prenzlauer Berg for 1 month. I am moving to a new flat and hence renting it out during the transition period.

Apartment details:
1. About 3 min walk from Schoenhauser Allee S-bahn, U-bahn and tram services.
2. In vicinity to bars, cafes and restaurants.
3. 3 min walk to Schoenhauser Allee Arcaden.
4. Fully furnished apartment with seperate bed-room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

Rental details:
1. Available for the month of December only and city registration is not possible.
2. Move-in and move-out dates can be flexible.
3. I am also open to rent on weekly basis (220 Euros/week) (renting for the whole period is preferred)
4. You will get a clean apartment and I expect you to leave it in the same condition. If additional cleaning is required after your move-out, the cleaning cost will charged in your deposit.
5. Any damages to furniture/kitchen utensils will be deducted from the deposit.
6. Rent is inclusive all additional costs like heating, electricity, water and internet.
