Toplage: am Helmholtzplatz u. super angebunden an die S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee/Tram.
Geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit 1,80 x 2m Bett inklusive neuer Matratze, sehr bequem.
Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Sonne von morgens bis abends, da Südausrichtung.
Großes Bad mit Badewanne und viel Licht.
Komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine.
Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine.
Nette Mieter im Haus, sehr ruhig.
Da ich beruflich in dieser Zeit unterwegs bin, suche ich einen ruhigen Untermieter (gerne auch ein Pärchen).
Bitte nur Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere und keine Partys.

It is perfectly located in the middle of the hotspot Prenzlauer Berg, just 4 minutes walking distance to S Bahn and Tram.
Spacious sleeping room with a 1,80m bed and a new mattress.
Heart of the flat is the big balcony where you have sun from morning til the evening.
Also you will have a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
The house is very quiet and friendly.
Because I am away on business I sublet my flat and I am looking for responsible people (not smoking would be cool), no pets and no parties please :) It is a good flat for a couple.
