we are looking for someone or a couple to rent our beautiful flat for at least 6 months.
I will go abroad for 12+ months and my brother who is renting the flat with me won't be home often.

We just moved in less than 1 year ago, so the flat is in a very good condition and furnished valuable. The rooms are bright, with a quiet neighborhood and grocery stores are nearby.
We are planning to draw up a sublease with the knowledge of our landlord.
