3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 2 Balkons, Aufzug, Fußbodenheizung, EBK im Prenzlauer Berg

Ich ziehe demnächst aus meiner Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg aus und suche einen Nachmieter zum 16.07.19.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Danziger Straße im 5. Stock eines modernen Neubaus und ist durch zwei Fahrstühle zu erreichen. Alle Räume sind mit bodentiefen Fenstern und Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Balkon zum Innenhof sowie eine Loggia zur Straßenseite. Zu der Wohnung gehören außerdem eine Einbauküche, eine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschinenanschluss sowie ein Keller. Außerdem haben Sie Zugang zu einem Clubraum, der von allen Nachbarn genutzt werden kann.
Ich bin vor ca 2.5 Jahren dort nach der Fertigstellung des Baus eingezogen, die Wohnung ist also noch in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Im Idealfall würde ich auch gern Gardinenstangen und ggf. einen Schrank an den Nachmieter abgeben.

I'll be moving out of my apartment in Prenzlauer Berg and I'm looking for someone to take over the lease starting July 16th.
The apt. is right on Danziger Straße on the 5th floor of a modernist building. It's accessible via two elevators and has floor length windows as well as underfloor heating in every room. It has a balcony facing the yard and a another one facing the street. The apt comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a small room for stowing stuff and a compartment in the basement. You also have access to a common area club room that all tenants share.
I've only been in the apt for around 2.5 years, so it all still looks very clean and orderly. Ideally I'd like for the new tenant to take over some curtain rods and a wardrobe but it's not a must.

Minimum rental period of two years.
