We are looking for a subtenant for a nice and comfy apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It is a spacious 2-room apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has: a washing machine, a fridge, and some plants. No dishwasher. The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg - a very nice area of Berlin. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around and the center of the city is 15 mins walk away.
This flat comes with all utilities ( heat, water, electric ) included in the 892 € rent. Unlimited WiFi is available for your use as a courtesy. In the kitchen, we provide all cookware, cooking utensils, plates, glasses. We can also provide bed linens and towels for the bathroom.
No registration (anmeldung), unfortunately. You have to pass the living room from the bedroom to get to the bathroom and the kitchen so it's not a WG.
The sublet is for the month of November from 6th of November to 1st of December - can be altered +/- 2 days.
Please note that pets and parties are not allowed. In case of a breach of the agreement, the deposit will be withheld.
The apartment is 3 min walk from the U2 Senefelderplats. There are numerous tram lines and Alexanderplatz is 15 min walk away. The supermarket is located one block from the apartment.
