This is a booking of a full apartment. You will have 60 square meters for yourself!
The apartment is fully equipped with anything you need: Desk, chair, couch (for sleeping also), double bed with comfortable mattress, wardrobe. I will make sure to take out my stuff so you can put in yours :) You will have a cozy double bed, a couch where someone else could sleep. I provide the bedding, the sheets freshly and neatly. In the second bedroom, I can put a king-size mattress, just in case you have more guests coming with you. I give you some towels. In general, just communicate what you need so I prepare the room accordingly :)
You are more than welcome to use anything in our apartment. You are free to use the kitchen and the equipment, you will find anything you need in there to prepare a great meal, from a vegetable steamer to a coffee machine (because I do like cooking a lot ;)). Just be sure you leave it neat and cleaned. Nobody will clean after you during your stay.
This beautiful apartment is located in a beautiful vibey suburb of Berlin. Everything you need is nearby: It is located in a beautiful calmy suburb where you find restaurants, bars, markets, etc. The club scenery of Berlin is just 15 min away, Alexanderplatz or Boxhagener or Eberswalder Str just 10 min. The historic city center is just 20 min. Absolutely ideal to have a beautiful time in Berlin! You will love it :)
Just 10 min from Alexanderplatz you gonna find anything you need in this beautiful suburb. The supermarket is 2 min just around the courner. The tram station to M10 Arnswalder Platz literally in front of the door, S Greifswalder Str (Ringbahn) 8 min, 10 min to Alexanderplatz via M4 or Bus 200 or biking even faster. The suburb is beautiful and vibey but, at the same time, calm and relaxing. It has a lot to offer: Bars, restaurants, kiosks and spätis. For my personal recommendations for where to eat nearby, please write a short message. I'd be more than happy to recommend my secrets :) The Volkspark Friedrichshain is just a 5 min walk, a HUGE park (Volkspark Friedrichshain) where you can go for a walk, running, yoga, parties, outdoor cinema. You will love it here :)
Tourist attractions are also not far. For Brandenburg Gate you can take a bus just from the front of the apartment and takes you 20 min, the historic city center is equally close.
