Wunderschoene Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg (Winsviertel) zur Zwischenmiete

Ich werden für mindestens 1,5 Monate das Land verlassen. Deswegen würde ich gern meine gemütliche Wohnung, im Herzen Prenzlauerberg (Winsviertel) voll möbliert untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.

I am going to leave Berlin for at least 1,5 months and would therefore like to sublet my apartment for June, and possibly the first half of July. The cosy apartment is located in Winsviertel. The aparment is fully furnished and has all the necessary kitchen equipment and a washing machine. The apartment is nicely furnished (pretty much no IKEA), and I would like to find a responsible person to take good care of the place. Visits to the apartment in person, or over video call are possible.

Sonstiges
Möglicherweise verlängert sich mein Auslandsaufenthalt noch, so dass die Wohnung auch länger gemietet werden kann.
Die angegebene Miete gilt für jeden Monat.

I might stay longer away from Berlin, and it's possible that I will rent for a longer duration. The rent listed above is per month.

My photos posted here are terrible! My camera on my phone is currently broken. The Expose of the apartment can be shared upon request. It is 2 rooms (not suitable for WG) with a large kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a balcony as well.
