I am looking for an appartment to move in with a friend, I would like to swap with my lovely one:
I OFFER:
- 1 bedroom
- 1 living room with kitchen area
(it is a walk through living room to the bedroom)
The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is place for it, you would have to make small ajustments
- 1 bathroom (no bathtub)
- 1 lovely balcony, quiet street.
LOOKING FOR:
2-3 room appartment (3 is prefered), with balcony would be fabulous! anywhere in Berlin, near the Ringbahn.

You would have to buy:
- The kitchen fridge, 1 electrical stove plate, 1 induction stove plate) 800 euros (new was: 1100)
Optional (but would be nice):
- Closet = 300 euros (new was 500)
- washing mashine = 450 euros (new was 598,99 euros, bought mai 2019, with guaranty)
- hoover = 50 euros (new was 100)
- Balcon table and chairs and wooden floor = 50 euros (new was 150)
If taken all together: 1650 euros discounted to 1450.
