Die Wohnung geht nach südost und ist sehr hell. Im Schlafzimmer wird man morgens von der Sonne geweckt.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht: Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Töpfe etc. und ist mit viel Liebe und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Seit 2 Tagen gibt es ein neues, großes, kuscheliges Cordsofa, dass das Herzstück des Wohnzimmers ist!

The flat is newly renovated, has beautiful floorboards, an open stone archway in the hallway and an open stone wall in the living room, very high ceilings, shimmering green marble tiles in the bathroom with large bathtub and small laundry room.
In the bedroom you are woken up by the sun in the morning. It's a super bright flat with huge windows in all rooms.
The flat has everything you need: Washing machine, big fridge, dishes, pots etc. and is furnished with high standard and love. Since a few day there is a big, white cord sofa that is the star of the living room :)
Sie liegt inmitten des Bötzowkiez aber ist sehr ruhig. Direkt vor der Tür kann man in kleinen Boutiquen shoppen, in süßen Cafés frühstücken und die Sonne genießen und es gibt zahlreiche Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Direkt ums Eck ist der Volkspark Friedrichshain, ein großer Park mit Yoga, Beachvolleyball, einer Kletterwand. Zur Tramstation hufelandstrasse in 5 Minuten.

It is located in the middle of the Bötzowkiez but is very quiet. Right in front of the door you can shop in small boutiques, have breakfast in cute cafés and enjoy the sun, and there are numerous good restaurants and shopping opportunities just around the corner. Also just around the corner is the Volkspark Friedrichshain, a large park with yoga, beach volleyball and a climbing wall. The hufelandstrasse tram station is 5 minutes away.
Ich suche eine verantwortungsvolle Person, auf die ich mich verlassen kann und die meine Wohnung sorgsam behandelt.
Ein Sinn für Respekt und Sauberkeit wäre mir sehr wichtig.
