Die geräumige möblierte Wohnung ist sehr hell und verfügt über einen überdachten Süd-Balkon, auf dem selbst im Winter die Sonne genossen werden kann. Ein gut ausgestatteter Arbeitsplatz im Wohnzimmer eignet sich hervorragend fürs Homeoffice. Das WLAN ist schnell und zuverlässig. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum ruhigen Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und ein Fenster, das ebenfalls zum Hof hinausgeht. Die Küche ist sehr gut zum Kochen ausgestattet; auch einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine gibt es. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar.
Die Miete beträgt 850€. Hinzu kommen Nebenkosten in Höhe von 250€, die alle anfallenden Kosten beinhalten. Die Kaution beträgt 700€. Miete und Kaution werden in einem entsprechenden Untermietvertrag festgehalten.

The spacious fully-furnished apartment is very bright and has a roofed south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun even in winter. A well-equipped workspace in the living room is perfect for your home office. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The bedroom faces the peaceful backyard. The bathroom has a bathtub and a window that also faces the backyard. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking; there is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment is perfect for a single person or a couple.
The rent is 850€ plus 250€ additional costs including all expenses. A deposit of 700€ is required. Rent and deposit will be recorded in a sublease contract.
