I am renting the apartment for a limited time and furnished, as I am leaving Berlin temporarily and will be returning later. The rental contract is max. 1.5 years (or shorter if you prefer). The rental price includes all additional living costs (water/sewage, heating) as well as all other side costs (electricity, gas, internet and furniture surcharge).
The apartment has 2 rooms (1 living room and 1 bedroom). Situated in the 2nd floor at a back building this modernized calm and bright 56 m² apartment overlocks the backyard with a small park. A sunny balcony invites for relaxing moments from April until late September.
The kitchen is very well equipped and includes in addition to the standard appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher and oven also various electrical equipment such as coffee machine, smoothie blender, kettle and toaster. Sufficient crockery and cutlery, as well as pots, pans, bowls, casserole dishes and a good set of knives are also available.
In the bathroom there is also a washing machine.

Ich vermiete die Wohnung befristet und möbliert, da ich Berlin vorübergehend verlasse und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zurückkehre. Die Mietdauer beträgt ca. 1,5 Jahre (oder kürzer, falls gewünscht). Im Mietpreis sind alle Wohnnebenkosten (Wasser/Abwasser, Heizung, Müll, etc.) sowie alle weiteren Kosten (Strom, Gas, Internet und Möbelzuschlag) enthalten.
Ich vermiete mein 56 m² großes Apartment dementsprechend nur zur Zwischenmiete. Es handelt sich um eine sanierte 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung im 2. OG bestehend aus einem Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer, sowie Bad, Küche, Abstellkammer und Balkon. Die Wohnung ist daher ideal für Singles oder Pärchen geeignet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen. Der Balkon ins Grüne lädt im Sommer zum Verweilen ein.
Die Möbel in der Wohnung sind leer und können vollständig genutzt werden. Die Einbauküche verfügt über einen geräumigen Kühlschrank, XL-Gaskochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler. Darüber hinaus gibt es Kleinküchengeräte wie Toaster, Wasserkocher, Smoothie-Blender, Mixer sowie einen Melitta Kaffeevollautomaten.
Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine.

Berlin Prenzlauer Berg is unique. It is is characterized by old buildings and many areas which invite for a walk. The apartment is located next to the Bötzowviertel. Here you can find bakeries, cafes and restaurants (cheap and with good quality). The nearest station for public transport is the tram station “Greifwalder Str/ Danziger Str.” - from there you are within 10 minutes at Alexanderplatz in the center. But you can also reach the Ringbahn (S42 / S41) within 8 minutes waking distance.

Von hier erreicht man innerhalb 10 min den Alexanderplatz (Zentrum). Die Wohnung liegt am Rand des Bötzowviertels, dieses ist geprägt von gemütlichen Straßen und diversen Cafés und Restaurants.
