The location is very quiet, in the house live mainly families, couples and single people, there are no WGs. Therefore, the subtenant should also maintain a rather quiet everyday life.
All utilities & WiFi are included in the price.
Parties are not allowed.
Non-smoking household, smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Registration is unfortunately not possible.
Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung liegt etwa 5-8 Gehminuten vom S-/U-Bahnhofs Pankow (U2, S2, S8, S85, M1, M50, mehrere Buslinien) entfernt.
Ein Edeka ist 3 Min. zu Fuß entfernt, das Rathauscenter mit Kaufland und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwa 10 Gehminuten.
Verschiedene Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, sowie einige kleine Läden sind direkt um die Ecke, sowie im nahen Florakiez zu finden.
Der Bürgerpark und Schlosspark sind ebenfalls nicht weit.

The 2-room apartment is 5-8 minutes walking distance to S-/U-Bahnhof Pankow (U2, S2, S8, S85, M1, M50, several bus lines).
Edeka is 3 min by walk, the Rathauscenter with Kaufland and other shopping facilities about 10 minutes walk.
Various cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as some small stores can be found just around the corner, as well as in the nearby Florakiez.
Bürgerpark and Schlosspark are also close by.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt vom 03.02. (Vormittag) bis zum 26.02. (Mittag) frei.
Bei Anfragen schreibt bitte direkt dazu, welchen Zeitraum ihr euch vorstellt.
Die Untermiete kommt nur für Einzelpersonen oder Paare in Frage - oder für sehr gute Freunde, die sich für den Zeitraum ein Bett teilen möchten :)
Die angegebene Miete ist pro Woche (300 kalt, +50NK)
Die Gesamtmiete für den vollen Zeitraum (3,5 Wochen) beträgt 1.000€ für eine Person (1.100€ bei zwei Personen).
Eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€ ist vorab zu erbringen. Es wird selbstverständlich einen befristeten Mietvertrag geben, damit beide Seiten Sicherheit haben.

The apartment is free in total from 02.02. (morning) to 26.02. (noon).

The rent per week is 350€.
The total rent for the month of January is 1.000€ and for full period (3,5 weeks) for one person (1.100 for 2pax).
A deposit of 500€ has to be paid in advance with the rent. There will of course be a temporary rental contract so that both sides have a guarantee.
