Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne, kernsanierte Altbauwohnung während ich auf Reisen bin. Die Wohnung hat einen
10m langen Flur, zwei Zimmer, ein großes Bad mit einer Badewanne und einen ca. 5qm großen Balkon. Die Decken sind fast 4m hoch. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Leben benötigt wird. WiFi ist vorhanden, Smarthome ebenfalls.
Das Wohnzimmer hat einen schönen Holzesstisch, einen Beamer und eine Schlafcouch.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem offenen Kleiderschrank und einem großen, sehr gemütlichen Boxspringbett (1,80m).
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und ein großes Fenster.
Die Kühe ist vollausgestattet (auch mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine) und auch alle anderen Geräte können gerne benutzt werden.

I rent out my beautiful apartment in the North of P-Berg while I am traveling, preferably to a single person or a couple.
It has 2 rooms (one bedroom and a living room), a bathroom, a separate kitchen and a balcony. Ceilings are almost 4m high. It is fully equipped with everything you need (including laundry machine and dishwasher), has WiFi, Smarthome as well:
The living room has dining table, projector, and a sleeping couch.
The bedroom has an open wardrobe and a very comfortable box-spring bed (1.80m).
The bathroom has a bathtub and a window.
The kitchen is well-equipped and you can use all the products.
Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt im Seitenflügel Richtung Innenhof, daher sind keinerlei Geräusche zu vernehmen. Die Lage und Infrastruktur ist super. Die Tram fährt direkt vor der Haustür, die S- und U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee sind 5 Min. fußläufig entfernt. Im nahen Umkreis sind alle Geschäfte, die man zum täglichen Leben benötigt (Supermarkt, Ärzte, Sparkasse / Volksbank, Drogeriemarkt) und auch eine schöne Auswahl an Restaurants, Bars und Cafés sind direkt ums Eck.

The house is very quiet and clean. The apartment is located in a quiet backyard and there are no noises from the street. The location of the flat is great. It is very well connected (close to S & U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee, Tram-Station right in front of the door) and all stores to run daily errands are close by (supermarket, doctors, bank, ..). The area has many nice restaurants, bars and cafés.
Ich werde Platz für deine Sachen räumen, allerdings auch ein paar persönliche Dinge in der Wohnung lassen (ein paar Kleidungsstücke, Schuhe, Lebensmittel, ..).
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Gas, Strom, Internet, ...).
Kein Rauchen / keine Tiere in der Wohnung erlaubt.
