We are subletting our apartment from 21-28 February.
Rent is 50€/night. Three night minimum required.
The apartment has a bedroom, a large living room that has a sleeper sofa, a newly remodeled kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, and an updated bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is super clean and beautifully decorated. There is also a balcony - although not exactly helpful in these colder months.
The apartment is fully furnished and there will be clean sheets and towels for your use. Wifi is also included.
The apartment is in a great neighborhood in the northern area of Prenzlauer Berg. There are two tram lines that can be reached within 5 minutes and the S-Bahnhof Prenzlauer Allee is also less than 10 minutes away. There are several grocery stores, ranging from Aldi to Alnatura, within a few blocks. And there is the most adorable cafe, Café Eckstern, on the block. It is a perfect place to eat breakfast or grab a late afternoon coffee.

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung von 21-28. Februar.
Die Miete beträgt 50€ pro Nacht. Drei Nächte Minimum.
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, eine neu renovierte Küche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler und ein modernes Bad mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt auch einen Balkon - obwohl das in diesen kalten Monaten weniger relevant ist.
Die Wohnung ist natürlich voll möbliert und es gibt saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher für Ihren Gebrauch. Wifi ist ebenfalls inklusive.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer tollen Gegend im nördlichen Teil des Prenzlauer Bergs. Es gibt zwei Tramlinien, die innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht werden können und S-Bahnhof Prenzlauer Allee ist auch weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Mehrere Lebensmittelläden, von Aldi bis Alnatura, können in 5-7 Minuten erreicht werden. Und in der Nähe befindet sich das Café Eckstern, ein entzückendes Café. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um zu frühstücken oder am späten Nachmittag einen Kaffee zu trinken.

Email with a bit about yourself and who will be renting the apartment. We can easily arrange a video tour of the apartment. A security deposit will be required. It will be refunded as soon as the keys have been returned, assuming nothing has broken.
