The couch in the living room can be pulled out and offers place for two overnight guests. The equipment includes everything you need to live: complete kitchen equipment (incl. coffee machine and dishwasher), towels, bed linen, SONOS sound system in the kitchen, living room and bedroom, OLED-TV, Wifi, washing machine+dryer. The bedroom is equipped with a new 180x200 bed as well as blackout and heat protection blinds. For tenants with babies we can provide baby equipment with a play corner, changing table, cradle and extra bed.

Our light-flooded, freshly renovated attic apartment in a quiet residential area is located directly at the S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz. Here you have direct access to the S7, S5 and S3. Without changing trains you can reach all important sights, the main station and Potsdam. Supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. (Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland) and several playgrounds. A baker and a snack bar are located on the ground floor of the house. The recreation area Rummelsburger Bucht can be reached in only 10 minutes on foot. Also the popular Boxhagener Kiez with many restaurants and boutiques is within walking distance.
