The apartment is located in Schoenberg, very close to Sudkreuz and Edeka (making it very well connected, you can get anywhere) and is very sunny.

- has 2 bedrooms (with beds in both, office desks&chairs in both, big closets in both, one of the rooms has a library too)
- has one open kitchen with living (with sofa, armchair, round kitchen table with 4 chairs and a library)
- has 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bathtub)
- has one separate small room for washing machine
- has one terrace (with two sunbeds)
- has a generous hallway (with a big closet and closet for shoes)
- it comes equipped with dishwasher and washing machine
- the building is new, build some years ago, has elevator
The furniture is in great condition, it was bought last year.
The warm price is 2300 and includes all Nebenkosten.

Very important: ANMELDUNG is possible :)
Everything will be specified in the contract.
The deposit will be given back at the end of the contract per contract conditions.
