Meine 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung vermiete ich vom 1. April 2024 bis zum 30. September 2024.
Für die Wohnung suche ich ein Paar, oder eine Einzelperson. Ich suche Menschen, die die Wohnung respektvoll behandeln und sich gut um sie kümmern.

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Vorderhaus im 1.OG, ist ca. 75 Quadratmeter groß und hat 2 Zimmer.
Die Küche verfügt über einen Induktionsherd, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Ofen und eine Spülmaschine.
Das große Wohnzimmer bietet eine Couch, einen großen Esstisch und einen Fernseher.
Das Bad verfügt über eine große Badewanne.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großes Kingsize-Bett (180x200cm).
Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.
WLAN und Highspeed-Internet sind inbegriffen.

Zur Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Leberstraße in Schöneberg. Die S-Bahn-Station “Julius-Leber-Brücke” ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt an der nächsten Ecke (ca. 2 Min.). Der Bahnhof “Südkreuz” ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is situated on Leberstraße in Schöneberg. The S-Bahn station "Julius-Leber-Brücke" is approximately 3 minutes away. There is a supermarket right at the next corner (approximately 2 minutes away). The "Südkreuz" train station can be reached in about 15 minutes.
