We are offering our flat to rent for 6 weeks of summertime in Berlin.
The rooms can be rented individually or the flat as a whole. The flat is very spacious with more than 100 m^2 and has three big bright rooms, with beautiful wooden floors and high ceilings (for more pictures check www.wg-gesucht.de/2297047.html ). Of course W-Lan is also available.
The kitchen is suited perfectly for WG life, as it is large and equipped with comfortable couches. Additionally there is a nice balcony facing the quiet and cobbled Fritz-Reuter-Straße.
There is a Penny and a LIDL (opened also on Sundays and public holydays), as well as a turkish and an asian supermarket just around the corner. The "Späti" of choice is one minute away, offers a vast choice and 24h service.
The station "S Schöneberg" (S1 + S41/42) allows to get quickly to Mitte and the northern districts, as well as the to the south west of berlin with big forest and beautiful lakes. The Ringbahn S41/42, stopping in S Schöneberg and S Innsbrucker platz, makes you a close neighbour to Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. Both stations are less than 5 minutes away, as is the lovely "Volkspark Schöneberg", with lush vegetation and small lakes for relaxed days or jogging.
We will renovate the flat for two weeks in the end of July and then go on holiday for 6 weeks. Thus you will be living in a furnitured and refurbished flat.
