da ich einen Monat weg nach China muss, möchte ich meine schöne, große und künstlerische Wohnung vermieten.
Ich fliege am 22ten Dezember, deswegen ist der Einzug danach schon möglich.
Das Zimmer ist hell und 26m2 groß, voll möbiliert,ich habe ein großes Bett und ein Schlafsofa(faltbar),wenn man Besuch hat, kann man da auch sehr gemütlich schlafen.
Die Lage ist echt super. Die Wohnung ist direkt neben Winterfeldtplatz, 300 meter von der Ubahn Station Nollendorfplatz. (U1, U2, U3, U4)
Es ist eine 2-person WG, ich wohne mit einer super nette Rentnerin, Doro, wir unternehmen manchmal etwas zusammen(kochen, Wein trinken usw.), und gleichzeitig haben wir unseren eigene Raum und Privacy.
Das Zimmer ist hell und 26m2 groß, voll möbiliert,ich habe ein großes Bett und ein Schlafsofa(faltbar),wenn man Besuch hat, kann man da auch sehr gemütlich schlafen.
Ich habe noch TV, Musikbox, Sofa,die Kuche ist auch total nett, es gibt alles was man braucht in der Wohnung.
