Unsere WG geht für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland und bietet deswegen gleich 2 seperate Zimmer zur Untermiete. Deshalb vermieten wir die Zimmer einzeln oder die Wohnung auch als Ganzes (2 Zimmer). Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 73m2 und verfügt über eine gemütliche, große Wohnküche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, Badezimmer, Flur und eben den zwei großen Zimmern.
Die möblierten Zimmer sind ungefähr gleich groß und daher perfekt für eine WG geeignet. Sie sind sehr hell und trotz super Lage ruhig und grün gelegen. Sie sind ausgestattet mit Dielenboden und verfügen über große Fensterfronten und hohe Decken (3,57m). Es befindet sich zudem in einem der Zimmer Stuck an der Decke.

We are going abroad for 6 months and therefore we would like to rent out our lovely flat which consists of two seperate rooms which can either be rented out seperately or together. The flat is 73m2 big and consists of a large living-kitchen, a bathroom, corridor and the two rooms.
The furnished rooms are almost same size. They are very bright and even though they are perfectly located, there is a lot of green area around the house. All the flat has wooden board flooring and both rooms offer huge windows as well as a high ceiling (3,57m). One of the rooms has stucco.
ALLES IN DER NÄHE! Sowohl U-Bahn Station (Eisenacher Str. U7, sowie Nollendorfplatz U1,2,3,4) wie auch Busse sind in weniger als 5 Minuten gemütlich erreichbar. Kudamm ist fußläufig in 15 min. erreichbar, auch Fahrrad fahren bietet sich an aufgrund der kurzen Strecke. Bis nach Mitte (Friedrichstr.) braucht man 18min. Ringbahn-Anschluss in ca. 10 min. Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain und auch Prenzelberg sind bequem ohne Umsteigen zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Netto, Kaisers, kleine Supermärkte) befinden sich am Ende der Straße. Aber am tollsten sind die vielen Cafés, Bar, Spezialitäten Restaurants und Boutiquen, die direkt vor der Tür liegen und das Leben hier im Kiez so schön machen.
Auch Ärzte, Kindergärten etc. sind zahlreich vorhanden.

EVERYTHING IS CLOSE! Metro Station (Eisenacher Str.U7, as well as Nollendorfplatz U1,2,3,4) and Busses are reachable in less than 5 minutes. Also you can walk to the famous Kudamm within 15 min. or take the metro. You could even take the bike to wherever you want to go, because everything is close. With public transport, it will take you 18 min. to Friedrichstr. (Mitte). Also the "Ringbahn" Train is reachable within 10 min. It's easy to enjoy Nightlife in Kreuzberg, Prenzlauerberg and Friedrichshain with straight connections.
Grocery Shopping, as well as other shopping is just in front of your door. But the most amazing thing, that makes life here so cool are all the little bars, cafés, boutiques, restaurant from all over the world (lots of goooood food :-)). Doctors, kindergardens and other institutions are plenty.
Honestly, location is amazing!
