HUGE QUIET APARTMENT FULL OF LIGHT 21-28 april

I sublet my apartment located in the Leuthenerstr. in Schoeneberg for the april week 21-28 April .

The apartment is cosy and really bright, about 76 m2 big with 2 rooms, last floor with high ceiling, a small entrance, kitchen, bathroom and two balconies, from which you can see very close the beautiful industrial structure of the Gasomether and the roofs of Berlin.
The apartment has been just renovated and is supplied with forniture, new washing mashine, new fridge, new dishwasher, new kitchen, wireless internet.

The apartment is very close to the S-Bahn stations of Suedkreuz, Schoeneberg, Julius-Leber Bruecke and right out of the door there are the bus stops of the bus nr. 106 and 204.
In a street closeby there is the best backery of the town and at Julius-Leber Bruecke two supermarkets (one organic).
In the close lively square of Whilhelm-Kaiser Platz you can find all possible shops, banks, pharmacy, supermarkets, bakerys, delicatessen and from there starts the nice Kietz of Schoeneberg, with the elegant and cozy streets of Akazienstr, Belgischerstr., full of restaurants, bookshops, cafes.

I am looking for somebody extremely reliable which I can trust she/he is going to take care of the apartment and return it in perfect conditions.
