3 Room apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room on the top floor of an old building in lovely Schoneberg.
This sunny apartment has large rooms with good views of the neighbourhood. Fully furnished with 2 double beds and a child bed if needed, it can cater for a couple (with /without children) or two couples, or a professional who needs a lot of space.
There is a shared garden with space to lock bikes, and a private playground for the kids with a sandpit and slide. The neighbours are friendly and easy going.
7 minutes to either Nollendorf platz and the U1 or U2, or Eisenacher Strasse and the U7. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Winterfield platz with the famous wednesday and saturday market, as well as Goltz and Akazienstrasse with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The closest supermarket is about 3 minutes walk on our leafy peaceful street.
Ideally looking for a family, couple or professional who is relaxed and will respect our apartment and our neighbors. The rent price is for the 3.5 weeks (800 euro with all utility bills included). Internet is also included. If you would like to take the apartment for a smaller amount of time we may be flexible.
