Meine 2-Zi möblierte Wohnung ist renoviert mit einer EBK, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Duschbad. Die Küche beinhaltet einen Gasherd und eingebaute Mikrowelle, u.a. Die sehr grosse Zimmer sind vollausgestattet mit jeweils einem Bett, Arbeitsecke und Wohnecke. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof, Hochparterre und besitzt einen Küchenbalkon.

Absolut Nicht Raucher, einschliesslich Marijuana (auf dem Balkon ist okay) aber ich ziehe nicht Raucher als Mieter vor.

Die Miete beinhaltet: Heizung, Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet und die 52,50/Quartal GEZ Gebühr.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Wohnung bis zum Sommer 2020 zu mieten.

Ich suche ein respektvoller, ruhiger Mensch - am liebsten eine Person aber zwei ginge -- solange ihr nicht Laut seid. Ich hatte vorkurzem eine schlechte Erfahrung mit respektlosen Menschen. Die will ich nicht wiederholen. Danke im Voraus für Euer Interesse!

My renovated, fully furnished, 2-Room apartment includes a built-in kitchen, with a gas oven, built-in microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and many kitchen gadgets. The bathroom (with shower) is also renovated. The two large rooms are each furnished with a bed, work area and living area. The flat is in the courtyard on the ground floor and has a kitchen balcony.

The rent includes: Heating, Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet and the 52.50/quarter GEZ fee (for public media).

Absolutely no smoking - yes this includes weed. You can smoke on the balcony but honestly I'd prefer a non-smoking tenant.

I'm looking for a quiet, respectful person -- preferably one person but two people and/or a couple are okay as long as you are not loud. I had a recent bad experience with loud, disrespectful tenants and I don't want to repeat that. Thanks in advance for your interest!
