Hi there!
Our apartment is centrally located in Berlin Schöneberg, we have a bus stop (with buses to almost everywhere in Berlin) right in front of the door. The subway (U7) and train station are in walking distance (5-10 min.)
Just around the corner you'll find Schöneberg's beautiful Akazien- und Goltzkiez with many Cafés, little boutiques and restaurants from many different countries, as well as all kinds of supermarkets, banks, the post office, a public pool and a cute little park. You are close to Kreuzberg, Potsdamer Platz and the Kurfürstendamm and have good connections to all parts of Berlin.
It's a three room apartment. The first room is used as a kids/studio/hobby room, but could be used as a bedroom. The second room is the bedroom with a queen size boxspring bed. And the third one is the living-dining room. We have fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, a big TV, really comfortable couch and a big dining table.
We are abroad from the beginning of march until the middle of October. Please only contact us if you are interested to rent our apartment for at least 6 months. You can contact us in English or German.
