We will be out of town from August 23rd to September 21st/morning of the 22nd and are seeking respectful subletters for our beautiful and spacious Altbau apartment. It is fully furnished (bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen and bath) as well as kitted out with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, internet, pull-out couch, etc. We are very well connected to public transit (S1/2/25 Yorckstr., U7 Kleistpark, U2 Bülowstr) and it's a quiet, residential street. Kleistpark, Gleisdreieck, Viktoriapark and the best Chinese restaurant in Berlin all minutes away! Photos on request.
We love it here and would love to find a person, couple, or small family that needs temporary housing in Berlin. If it is helpful to rent from 23 August to 1 September and then 1 Sept to 1 October instead, we can negotiate.
The rent is what we pay: 800 euros for the month. There would be a deposit (450, let's say) as well since this is our home.
U7 stations of Kleistpark and Yorkstr., S1,2,25 and Bulow Str U2 are all within 10 minutes walking distance. We live in an area of Schoeneberg called the "Rote Insel"--it's a fantastic location, minutes away from several grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes. There are many parks within a very short distance too--Kleistpark, Gleisdreieck, Victoria Park, for example, and Tiergarten is not too far away either.
