The apartment has molded ceilings and perfectly represents a classical Berlin apartment.
It is located close to the S41, S42, S1 and U4 as well as several buses. There are also several stores and restaurants close by.

Meine schöne Berliner Altbauwohnung ist für die Dauer von 2 Jahren möbliert unterzuvermieten. Die Wohnung liegt zentral an der Ringbahn, S1 und der U4. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es diverse Einkaufmöglichkeiten und der Akazienkiez ist fussläufig entfernt.

Schöneberg is a very friendly neighborhood with restaurants and bars as well as several cafés.
Within several minutes from the apartment you can find bakeries, cafés and two restaurants. There are two grocery stores that can be reached within 5 minutes.
In case you are wondering about the opportunities for sport activities: there are two parks close by which give you the opportunity to run and Beach61 to play Volleyball.

Schöneberg gehört zu den freundlicheren und warmherzigen Bezirken in Berlin, wo man einen Nachbarn auch mal nach etwas Mehl fragen kann, wenn man in die Verlegenheit des Backens kommt. Hier gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. In der unmittelbaren Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Bäcker, Cafés und zwei Restaurants. In weniger als 5 Minuten erreicht man zwei Supermärkte.
