Die schöne Wohnung überzeugt durch ihren Altbaucharme, hat 2 große Zimmer, eins davon ist ein Durchgangszimmer (daher für Paare oder alleine perfekt geeignet, nicht für WGs). Sie liegt an der Ringbahnstation Südkreuz und wird möbliert vermietet - vorzugsweise an Frauen oder Paare.
Ich freue mich auf ein Kennenlernen und auf nette ZwischenmieterInnen, die pfleglich mit meiner Wohnung umgehen :) Es besteht die Option, die Wohnung nach dem Jahr zu übernehmen. Außerdem wäre auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum möglich.

My nice apartment has two huge rooms, a perfect fit for couples (the layout of the apartment is not really suitable for a normal shared apartment for non couples ;)
The apartment is located near S Bahn Südkreuz (Ringbahn), which connects you to all destinations within Berlin in no time (Alexanderplatz 20 min, Friedrichstr. 12 min).
The apartment comes fully furnished and is for rent from 1 January onwards for 12 months. A shorter time period would be also negotiable.
