Wir vermieten unsere Altbauwohnung in der Motzstrasse für drei Monate. Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre und im Hinterhaus, ist ruhig und hell. Ausgestattet mit einer geräumigen Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad, Balkon, Kinder- und Gästezimmer. Das Kinderzimmer kann auf Wunsch zu einem Arbeits- oder weiterem Schlafzimmer umgebaut werden. Insgesamt gibt es somit bei Bedarf 3 große Betten.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Nollendorfplatz, mit den Linien U1,U2,U3 und U4. Der Winterfeldkiez, Akazienkiez, Tiergarten und Kudamm sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir suchen keine Partypeople, der Vermieter wohnt im Haus und hat daher auch ein Auge auf die
Untermieter. Der/die Untermieter/in sollte neben der Kaution auch eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben.

4 room Altbau apartment in the heart of Schöneberg for rent

The apartment is located very central, next to Nollendorfplatz (with metro U1,U2,U3 and U4). Also the Tiergarten, Kudamm, Winterfeld- and Akazienkiez are next to the house. There are several supermarkets, also organic ones.

There are 4 rooms: kitchen, bathroom, living- and bedroom, a room for guests and a room for children. If you like, we can switch the children room into a working studio or another bedroom.

The apartment is situated in the backyard, so it's really quite, 3 rooms are situated towards south - it's also very bright here.

We don't want partypeople to move in, our landlord is living in the same building, so he will keep an eye onto the Untermieter. We also want our subtenant to have an Haftpflichtversicherung, a special insurance for broken stuff.
