We offer our well maintained 70m² flat while we travel. It's suitable for 2 to 3 people and is available from this August until May next year.

It's a well maintained flat that features two larger and one smaller room, a spaceous kitchen, a foyer, a bathroom with tub and a cosy loggia. All rooms receive a lot of sunlight and colorful walls here and there brigthen the mood.

The apartement on the 3rd floor is located in a quiet neigborhood in Berlin-Schöneberg and is well-connected to the public transport system: S-Bahn (Circle Line and S1), U-Bahn (U4) and Busses are only 5 to 10 minute walks away. Grocery shopping can easily be done by foot.

The apartment is equipped with mostly wooden furniture, a few rugs and features a washing machine with integrated dryer, dish washer, large fridge with freezer, pantry, ceramic hob and a lot of handy machinery such as vacuum cleaner, water heater, various (power) tools ect. And of course, pots, pans, dishes and cuttlery are yours to use, too, as well as towels and bedding.

The price includes all costs for the flat, fast internet, electricity, heat and Rundfunkgebür.
