- Bedroom with 180x200 cm bed and wardrobe, bed linen included
- study room with a desk to work (one more bed for one person is possible to put in)
- Bathroom with shower and bath tube, equipped with towels and all other things
- Kitchen: washing machine, dishwascher, fridge, electric stove, all equipment to cook and dine

- 5 Etage, no Elevator

Bus station just 1 min walk: Bus 204 and 106 every 10 minutes.
Next Train stations jus in 10 min walk: S-Südkreuz (S2,S25, RE, ICE) and Julius-Leber Brücke (S1).
Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstraße, Brandeburger Tor 5-10 Min by S-Bahn.
Direct line from Südkreuz to Schönefeld-Airport. Bus with one change to Airport Tegel
Famous Gasometer and EUREF-Camp with a small green park ist just 1 Min away.
Schöneberger-Kiez and Akazienstraße with a lot of bars, restaurants and shops 5 Min away.
Kreuzberg (ex. Viktoria Park), Tempelhofer Feld are ca.15 Min away by bike or bus.
