The flat is roughly 95 sqm and altbau (high ceilings), with three rooms (two with mezzanine-style beds), a kitchen (with a washing machine and a dishwasher) and an aggressively beige bathroom (with a bathtub). The layout and size of the rooms would work well for a family or for a small group of friends. There is a balcony which is big enough for a smoke, but not much else! The rent is EUR 950,- per month including electricity, gas and internet.

Durch die Zimmeraufteilung ist die Wohnung sowohl für Familien als auch WGs geeignet.

The flat is in Friedenau, Schöneberg, and is within the Ringbahn. The connections to public transport here are excellent (U9, S1, various buses). We have nice neighbours, lots of playgrounds nearby and Volkspark Wilmersdorf is just a brisk walk away. Schlossstraße can be reached by foot and there are plenty of shops nearby too, such as the outdoor market on Breslauer Platz, and various supermarkets, including organic ones.
Die Wohnung liegt in Friedenau, innerhalb des Rings, mit hervorragendem Anschluss an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (U9, S1, viele Buslinien). Wir haben sehr nette Nachbarn, viele Spielplätze in der Nähe und auch der Volkspark Wilmersdorf ist nicht allzu weit. Die Schlossstraße ist fußläufig erreichbar und auch sonst gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. der Wochenmarkt am Breslauer Platz, viele Bioläden, Supermärkte etc.
If you want to stay longer than the 23rd of March, a stay until the end of August 2018 would also work for us!
Falls gewünscht ist die Wohnung auch länger verfügbar (bis maximal Ende August 2018).
