my boyfriend and me are subletting our beautiful apartment in Schöneberg from mid November to mid December / Christmas. It's perfect for couples, one person or even for two separate people. The modern and simplistic 60sqm two room apartment is on the second floor of a classic Berlin style building with high ceilings and large windows. As it is situated in the backyard it is very calm, also on the balcony. The apartment itself is light, with a long corridor which leads you to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a large-sized double bed, and living room. You can make yourself feel at home using the large TV with Apple TV in the cosy living room, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and bathroom with bathtub. WiFi, bedding and towels are included.
The apartment is situated directly at Yorkstrasse, the edge between hip Schöneberg and Berlin’s bustling cultural hub Kreuzberg. The neighbourhood is rather calm, very close to the green oase „Gleisdreieck“ park and perfectly connected via pubilc transport: underground and S-Bahn.
