We want to rent a furnished master bedroom
in our spacious and wonderful 4 rooms family flat in Berlin Schöneberg (Akazienkiez).
Minimum renting time: 1day (starting from June 1 2018)
We live in Schöneberg (Akazienkiez), one of the most beautiful areas in Berlin.
Our house (building) was built in summer 2014 and is a perfect combination of "Neubau and Altbau" since the ceilings are 3,30m high.
Our flat consists of 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen, a balcony, a terrace and two bathrooms.
The room to rent is about 25 m2 big and it has a direct access to the terrace. You will have your own master bathroom as well.
Our flat is situated in a nice and quite street near the attractive and vivid Akazienstrasse.
The neighborhood is one of the nicest places in Berlin: It is centrally located, green, family friendly and there are various restaurants and coffee shops around.
We live in Schöneberg, in the so-called "Akazienkiez". This is a charming and trendy neighbourhood, where everybody feels at home. Our neighborhood is attractive for people of all ages.
In walking distance from our flat you will find many beautiful little spots worth a rest. It is a little charming area surrounded by beautiful buildings where you can enjoy your cafe and cake in the sun or just stroll around.
On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a weekly market at the Winterfeldplatz where you can buy and eat e.g. organic food and see a lot of handmade art.
A lot of interesting attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets can be reached in a walking distance from our flat. As for example the "former" City West with famous KaDeWe store, the Kurfürstendamm, the Zoo etc. (10min by bike).
Close by there are also various parks:
the popular "Gleisdreieck Park" for people of all ages where you can do a lot of activities or just relax; the former Airport Tempelhof which now is an open green field (15 min.), the Victoria Park with its magnifique urbanwaterfall (10 min.) and the Volkspark Schöneberg (10 min.).
Public transport service is also not far away (5min.).
Underground service U-Bahn):
- U7 Station : Eisenacher Str. or Kleistpark
- many buses that go almost everywhere in town and throughout the night.
Supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are just around the corner.
