Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin Schöneberg, direkt an der U-Bahn Station Eisenacher Straße (U7).
Größe: 160m2, verteilt auf 2 Etagen
Zur Wohnung: in der unteren Etage befindet sich die große Küche mit Esstisch, ein kleines Bad, ein kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer (Durchgangszimmer) und ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Balkon.
In der oberen Etage ist ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus von einem typischen Berliner Altbau, in der 4. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Akazienstraße und Goltzstraße mit ihren vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Läden sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr kinderfreundlich, die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür und mehrere Parks und Spielplätze befinden sich in der Nähe.
Ganz wichtig ist es, auf unsere Nachbarn zu achten, denn in Haus leben viele Familien mit Kindern. Es sind keine Partys erlaubt.
Die Wohnung passt perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern oder für eine Gruppe von 3 bis 4 Leute.
Nichtraucher Wohnung, keine Haustiere.

the flat would fit perfect for a family (couple + one to three kids) or a group of people as there are 3 bedrooms (two double, one single) & two bathrooms.
No smoking allowed, no pets, no big groups, no party.
