Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin Schöneberg, direkt an der U-Bahn Station Eisenacher Straße (U7).
Größe: 160m2, verteilt auf 2 Etagen
*****Wir vermieten die untere und die obere Etagen getrennt. Auf Wunsch können auch beide Etage zusammen gemietet werden. ****
In der oberen Etage ist ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad.
Die untere Etage ist ebenfalls vermietet. Die Küche unten wird geteilt genutzt. Die Größe ist perfekt für ein Paar.
Auf Wunsch können auch beide Etage zusammen gemietet werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus von einem typischen Berliner Altbau, in der 4. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Akazienstraße und Goltzstraße mit ihren vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Läden sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr kinderfreundlich, die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür und mehrere Parks und Spielplätze befinden sich in der Nähe.
Ganz wichtig ist es, auf unsere Nachbarn zu achten, denn in Haus leben viele Familien mit Kindern. Es sind keine Partys erlaubt.
Die ganze Wohnung passt perfekt auch für eine Familie mit Kindern.
Nichtraucher Wohnung, keine Haustiere.

Flat: downstairs there are a big kitchen with dishwasher, small bathroom, 1 small bedroom, 1 living room, 1 big bedroom with balcony. The size is perfect for a couple.
The lower floor is also rented out. The kitchen below is shared.
On request, both floors can also be rented together.
Surroundings: the flat is located in the middle of Berlin Schöneberg, nice cafes, reataurants & boutiques and parks are nearby

the flat would fit perfect for a family (couple + one to three kids) or a group of people as there are 3 bedrooms (two double, one single) & two bathrooms.
