I'm subletting my place on Magdeburger Pl. only for 18 days (not a long-term contract). The apartment is spacious: 3 rooms + kitchen + living room + outside area/balcony that faces the park.
PRICE:
€400 + €300 deposit.
HOUSE:
You will have the whole house for yourself for the 18 days.
FURNITURE:
Since I'm just moving into this flat, I'm still in the process of furnishing it. There will be basic things in it, but it won't be fully furnished. You can expect: new bed, kitchen appliances, table, chairs, couch, small plants and etc. I'm happy to negotiate anything you might need.
WE WON'T BE ABLE TO PROVIDE:
Very likely we won't be able to get the wi-fi figured out, so you will need to rely on your mobile data for the period.
SUITED FOR:
2/3 people comfortably
RULES:
Gatherings are fine, but please be mindful of loud noise after 10pm.
REASON FOR SUBLET:
I got a new lease but I already had a trip scheduled for this period. I hope someone can make sue of the place while I'm away.
